Feel free to participate in this public group space.

Two easy ways to do this:

  1. Add a comment or a question here - on this page... or on any other page in this space.
  2. Or, if you want to start a separate thread - make a new page (see the menu on the top-left).

Either way is good - the important thing is your participation. On Aidpage, people support each other by speaking out and by paying attention to each other - as simple as that.

I am not working right now and that makes it harder. If he does leave I don't have a clue what I am going to do. That is why I am trying to go back to school. I am trying to go to school for the Medical administrative specialist program. I live in Spring Hill, Florida. I plan on attending Pasco-Hernando Community College. If you would like more information please let me know. Thanks for trying to help me.

in response to bubbles40...   there are many types of grants available, depending on your situation from everything to single parents to the type of industry you plan to go into ie. nursing, education.
What college are you planning to go to, in what state and a little more about your situation and I can look for grants for you to point you in a direction

Ok...here goes nothin....I am a 23 year old female trying desperatly to get financial aid to go back to school. I have thre very young kids and just divorced a very abusive man. Now you may be asking wat sets me apart from others in my same position...well...first of all i am christian woman...all my children have same father..and unlike most others...my situation is only partialy due to iresponsibilty buy mosty is a result of my responsability as a god fearing mother and wife. I stayed with the father of my children for several years being subbmissive and trying to make things work for god and my children. Unfortunatly...nothing i did was good enough to stop the abuse so i prayed and fasted and gave all i could to christ...and i got my answer...i left. Now here i sit..writing this...reaching out for help from all diractions to better the lifes of my children and give them a life there dad can give. If anyone can help in any way i would so greatfull. Im looking in to nursing school but cant figure out how or where to apply for grants and other assistance. Please help!!
